Strategic partnership will celebrate the power of finding untapped talent, uniting Indeed's hiring expertise with Brentford FC's renowned talent-first philosophy
Little Dot Studios has been appointed by global hiring platform Indeed to lead the activation of its partnership with Brentford Football Club.
The appointment of Little Dot Studios, part of media and entertainment group, Banijay Entertainment, supports Indeed's role as Brentford FC's principal and front of shirt partner across the men's, women's and academy teams, while also building on its existing position as the club's official training wear and recruitment partner.
Drawing on audience insights, football expertise and a data-led strategy, Little Dot Studios’ approach ties together Indeed’s role in helping people and businesses find the right talent, with Brentford’s distinctive identity as a smart, values-based and community-focused football club known for unearthing and developing hidden talent. The activation platform will combine original content, creator partnerships, live experiences, social media, PR and paid distribution to create authentic connections with football fans and career-minded audiences.
Garreth Hayes, Senior Marketing Director, Indeed, said: “Moving to the front of a Premier League jersey gives us new opportunities to connect with football fans around the world. We want to ensure we do this in an authentic and compelling way. Our whole team is excited by what we can achieve with our amazing partners at Brentford and our impressive new agency partners at Little Dot Studios.”
Robbie Spargo, Co-Managing Director, Little Dot Studios, said: "We see this partnership as being about much more than just ‘activating’ a sponsorship. Together with Indeed, we're creating a platform that leverages the themes of football, careers and culture, to highlight Indeed’s unique relevance to today’s job market. Using our strategic insight and knowledge of social-first creativity to tap into fandoms, we hope to build a partnership that delivers long-term value for Indeed and football audiences alike."
