Little Dot Studios has announced a series of newly created C-suite leadership promotions as it accelerates into 2026 and plans for the long-term future of the Little Dot group. The appointments strengthen the company’s creative, marketing, commercial, technological and strategic leadership, reinforcing its ambition to remain a world leader in digital content, audience growth and platform innovation.
Central to the latest leadership changes are the promotions of Will Ingham to Chief Creative Officer (CCO) and Camilla Eden-Davies to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), alongside the appointment of Dino Burbridge as Interim Chief Innovation Officer, a newly created, strategic role focused on ensuring the business continues to challenge itself as it scales globally.
As Chief Creative Officer, Ingham steps into a newly created group-wide role, expanding his remit beyond his leadership of Little Dot-owned specialist sport and branded content production agency, WING. He will be responsible for defining and embedding a global creative approach across Little Dot Studios, helping to further cultivate an environment of creative inspiration, confidence and rigour that elevates output across all markets, disciplines and platforms, while ensuring creativity remains closely aligned with commercial performance.
Ingham brings more than 20 years’ experience as a Creative Director, having directed over 500 films through WING and collected more than 70 industry awards, including Brand Film Awards Best Director in both 2023 and 2025. In 2025, he was also named a Campaign UK 40 Over 40 winner, recognised not only for his work in branded content but also for his leadership and commitment to advancing diversity within the media industry through his role as a board member of social enterprise Iconic Steps. WING are also current holders of Brand Film Awards’ Agency of the Year and Production Company of the Year titles, reflecting the strength and consistency of their creative output.
Alongside this, Eden-Davies has been promoted as Little Dot’s first Chief Marketing Officer, following her role as Group Commercial Marketing Director. In her new position, she will lead Little Dot Studios’ marketing strategy globally, ensuring the business continues to differentiate itself in an increasingly competitive market and clearly articulate its value to clients, partners and talent worldwide.
Eden-Davies joined Little Dot Studios in 2020 and brings significant commercial and agency-side experience, having previously held senior roles including head of account management, client managing director and business director roles across multiple agencies, including Leagas Delaney, Engine, WCRS and Grey London. She is also an alumna of The Marketing Academy, a highly selective leadership programme for senior marketers. Her appointment reflects the growing strategic importance of marketing and brand as the company scales its global footprint and offering.
As Interim Chief Innovation Officer, Burbidge will also work across Little Dot Studios, WING and History Hit, acting as an innovation advocate for the group. His role will be to challenge and empower teams to ensure the business continues to take smart risks, think differently and push beyond established ways of working as it reaches new levels of scale and creativity.
Innovation will span creative, commercial, technological and operational areas of the business, with a particular focus on responsibly harnessing emerging technologies such as AI, protecting IP, and ensuring the company continues to deliver against its sustainability vision and values.
Burbidge brings deep experience in innovation leadership, having spent five years founding and leading Sky’s Innovation Lab, where he challenged a large, complex organisation to continually evolve. Prior to that, he served as Tech and Innovation Director at advertising agency WCRS, developed games at the BBC (winning a BAFTA), was Head of Creative Technology for Disney and Creative Director at entertainment marketing agency Digital Outlook (launching Disney and Pixar movies). He is a frequent international speaker specialising in creative effectiveness, innovation, AI education and media trends.
In addition, Holly Graham, currently Chief Commercial Officer, will take on the expanded role of Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer. Working closely with CEO Dan Jones, Graham will help shape the next five years of Little Dot Studios’ growth strategy. One of the company’s earliest employees, having joined in 2013, Graham has held multiple senior roles across the business, including launching Little Dot Studios US, and brings deep institutional knowledge across all aspects of the group.
Linked to Ingham’s expanded group role, Tessa Ingham, co-founder and formerly Chief Operating Officer at WING, has been promoted to Managing Director of WING, with wider responsibility for running all aspects of the business. She and Will Ingham have jointly driven the agency’s success since founding the company more than 18 years ago, with their partnership central to WING’s growth and reputation.
Dan Jones, CEO of Little Dot Studios, said: “As we pick up speed into 2026, the momentum across the business globally is hugely exciting, with amazing work already being produced and released, products being developed and launched, and new, more effective ways of working being rolled out. Alongside delivering on our plans for this year, we’ve also been spending a lot of time planning for the longer-term future of the group. These leadership appointments are a key part of that. Creativity, brand and innovation sit at the heart of everything we do and bringing those disciplines together at senior level ensures we continue to challenge ourselves as we scale. Combined with Holly’s expanded remit, these changes further strengthen our leadership team and position us brilliantly as we plan the next chapter of Little Dot Studios’ growth.”
These appointments follow a series of internal promotions announced in January 2026, including the appointment of Co-Managing Directors in the US and multiple senior leadership advancements across the UK and Europe. Collectively, the announcements underline Little Dot Studios’ continued success and investment in talent, leadership development and long-term growth as the business scales its global footprint and creative ambitions.
