WING, Little Dot Studios' award-winning specialist sport and branded content production agency, has today announced the completion of its leadership team. The announcement marks a major milestone for the agency, following a year defined by bold creative delivery, commercial success and industry recognition.
At the helm are Founder and Executive Creative Director Will Ingham and Chief Operating Officer Tessa Ingham, who together have cultivated a culture defined by ambition, agility and collaboration. They are now joined by a fully rounded senior leadership team, as Molly Brooks steps into the role of Head of Production, following the earlier promotions of Damien Reeves to Creative Director and Owen Cox to Executive Producer in 2024.
Brooks’ promotion recognises her expansive production expertise, having delivered a wide slate of high-profile projects including the Rio 2016 Olympic Torch Relay, Jaguar – Show Your Edge, FIFA World Cup 2022: We Are Ready, Accelerating Change with UNICEF - Take A Breath featuring Tom Hiddleston, and Mercedes-AMG Race Previews 2025.
This announcement follows an extraordinary 12 months for WING, with major wins including the highly coveted 2025 Campaign Brand Film Awards, where the agency was named Agency of the Year, Production Company of the Year, and awarded Best Director (Will Ingham) for the Find Your Better campaign for TeamViewer. The agency also received a High Commendation for Best Editing. The accolades reflect WING’s signature approach: lean, sharp and built to scale, delivering culturally resonant work for clients including Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1, Google, UNICEF, McLaren, Vodafone and TAG Heuer.
“We’ve always said we’re just getting started, and this new leadership team proves it,” said Will Ingham, Founder and ECD of WING. “What’s so exciting is that this only scratches the surface. These are just the projects we’re allowed to talk about. Imagine the ones we can’t. With this exceptional team, we’re not just raising the bar, we’re setting it and we’re pushing ourselves to continually challenge the norm and redefine the power of short-form branded storytelling.”
The announcement coincides with Will Ingham’s recent recognition as one of Campaign’s 40 Over 40, further cementing WING’s position as one of the UK’s most formidable creative forces.
From live-streaming a 4K holographic coaching session with Emma Raducanu across continents for Vodafone, to executing 35 motion-controlled passes with Sir Lewis Hamilton in just two and a half hours for TeamViewer’s Find Your Better, to building a custom half-pipe between two London buses for TAG Heuer’s Double Decked with Sky Brown, to orchestrating an 8,000-mile autograph handover for the British & Irish Lions, and delivering a powerful piece on the importance of clean air with Tom Hiddleston for Formula E x UNICEF’s Take A Breath, WING continues to redefine the possibilities of short-form storytelling — bold, brilliant, and always on time. This next chapter, led by a strengthened leadership team, isn’t just about upholding that standard - it’s about raising it.
WING was acquired by multi-platform production company, social media agency, and digital media network, Little Dot Studios (an All3Media company), in 2020.
